Arrive with clean skin and disclose all current medications, especially any that increase photosensitivity. The peel solution is applied to your skin in carefully timed layers. You may experience tingling, warmth, or a brief stinging sensation as the formula activates. Your provider monitors your skin throughout the 20–30 minute process and ensures the application is even and controlled. Most peels are self-neutralizing.
Expect mild redness for the first 1–3 days, followed by visible peeling between days 3 and 7. Moisturize generously, avoid picking at peeling skin, and apply SPF daily.
